International 14

2010 is an exciting year for all 14-ers. We have built on success from the last previous years and now with our latest designs our new customers are reporting going faster with their new sails!

I14 Cloth Options for 2010

Our ODL06 Aramid cloth is a very high standard cloth from ‘Dimension Polyant’ with balanced construction and very low stretch, it has outstanding shape holding durability. This material is the ultimate in high performance one design laminates. Well established over the last few years we are happy to continue offering this cloth to I14 Sailors.

We have a new MAXX cloth on offer as of this season.  This new MAXX cloth has proved extremely fast and hardwearing over our winter testing period at Chichester Snowflake Series. This ultra lightweight cloth again from ‘Contender Sailcloth’ has been designed specifically to conquer the performance to weight issue.  It has the added advantage of outright performance and durability.

We also have fast new design shapes in play for this season.  Including the new 2010 design Spinnaker that’s given us better all-round downwind pace and increasing tactical options.

We use top of the range design software that allows us to produce the same design to the millimeter every time! Sail panels are computer cut by professionals and this means you can be sure you're using exactly what we are!

Sails are then hand built in the sail loft in Emsworth, to my precision standards.
